Our global FinTech client is looking for an Instructional Designer to design, develop, and translate product training for call center agents. You’ll turn complex challenges into clear relatable learning that enables better customer experiences.

What You’ll Do
Collaborate with LPMs, PMs & SMEs to create high-impact training that sticks.Create content outlines, storyboards, scripts, and scenarios utilizing Gemini. Enhance existing content for blended learning paths (ILTs, eLearnings).Create interactive learning experiences using Articulate Storyline and Synthesia.Translate English courses across multiple learning paths to French Canadian.Conduct peer reviews providing constructive feedback to maintain quality, consistency, and best practices.Collaborate with an offshore development team.Manage multiple projects independently, meeting fast-paced delivery timelines.**You must be fluent in French Canadian and English**What We’re Looking For
