    Position:

    We're looking for a full-time Electrical Superintendent to lead and oversee multiple electrical construction projects and field teams. This role serves as the senior field leader responsible for driving project execution, safety, quality, schedule adherence, and workforce performance. As the primary liaison between field operations, project management, and clients, the Superintendent plays a critical role in ensuring successful project delivery from preconstruction through close-out. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in electrical construction, strong leadership capabilities, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a safety-first approach.


    Responsibilities:

    Oversee and manage field operations across one or more large-scale projects, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.Lead, mentor, and develop General Foremen, Foremen, and field crews to promote high performance, accountability, and career growth.Coordinate manpower planning, labor projections, and resource allocation across projects.Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure alignment on budgets, schedules, and project goals.Ensure all work complies with company standards, project specifications, and applicable electrical codes (NFPA 70).Drive project scheduling, including look-ahead planning (3-6 weeks) and milestone tracking.Monitor and manage job costs, productivity, and financial performance in the field.Oversee material procurement strategy, tracking, and logistics in collaboration with field leadership and PM teams.Maintain clear communication with clients, general contractors, and internal stakeholders.Support and review RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.Ensure accurate and timely reporting, including daily reports, incident reports, and progress updates.Oversee project close-out processes including punch lists, as-builts, and final inspections.Enforce all safety policies, HR policies, and company procedures; lead safety initiatives on-site.Approve timecards and ensure proper workforce management across projects.

    Qualifications:8+ years of commercial/industrial electrical construction experience, with 3+ years in a Superintendent or senior leadership roleProven experience managing large-scale projects ($5M+), multiple sites, or complex buildsExperience in data centers, major healthcare, and industrial work.Demonstrated success leading large teams (50+ field personnel across multiple crews/projects)Advanced knowledge of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, low voltage, and data systemsStrong understanding of NFPA 70 (NEC), construction practices, and industry standardsExpertise in reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and submittalsStrong financial acumen including budgeting, cost tracking, and forecastingExperience with construction management software and reporting toolsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsClean background and driving record

    THE POSITION:

    Canyon State Electric is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Electrician. This role is essential for ensuring the proper installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems according to industry standards and local codes. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. The applicant should have a willingness to learn new technologies and systems related to electrical and fire alarm technologies.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Install various types of electrical systems, including wiring, devices, and control panels, according to engineering specifications and compliance with local, state, and national codes.Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs of electrical systems to ensure functionality and efficiency. Troubleshoot complex issues "lighting controls/ motor control systems" and make recommendations for system enhancements.Conduct detailed testing and commissioning of new and existing electrical systems to ensure they meet all requirements and function correctly.Accurately complete all necessary documentation including service reports, testing logs, and compliance forms. Maintain detailed records of all inspections, maintenance, and repairs performed.Provide high-quality customer service, offering clear communication and feedback about the status and safety of their systems. Address customer concerns and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.Stay updated with the latest electrical codes and standards. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with NEC standards and other relevant regulations.Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Share knowledge and assist in training junior technicians.Complete other assigned duties.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    A minimum of Journeyman / 5 years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Strong understanding of electrical system design, configuration, and operational requirements. Familiarity with various fire alarm panels and devices.Ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring minimal downtime.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with use of Phone, Tablet, and computer. Applicant shall be capable of explaining complex systems in an understandable manner.High level of attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.Ability to work in various environments and ascend ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift equipment up to 50 pounds.

    THE POSITION:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Project Engineer to support the successful execution of electrical construction projects. This position bridges the gap between the Project Management and Field Operations teams, ensuring information flows accurately and efficiently from design through completion. The Project Engineer is responsible for maintaining project documentation, coordinating RFIs and submittals, tracking BIM implementation, and supporting daily site operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and collaborative, with a strong understanding of electrical construction processes and an eagerness to grow into greater project leadership responsibilities.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Support Project Managers and Superintendents in executing projects safely, on time, and within budget.

    Maintain organized records and reporting, including RFI logs, submittals, panel schedules, inspection documents, and commissioning reports.

    Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, identify issues, and communicate next steps to project leadership.

    Collaborate closely with foremen, field staff, and subcontractors to ensure seamless coordination and issue resolution.

    Track and coordinate BIM implementation, verifying accuracy and alignment with project requirements.

    Support change management by maintaining accurate documentation of design revisions and field adjustments.

    Assist in developing and updating project schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones and manpower plans.

    Communicate with vendors and suppliers to monitor submittal progress and material delivery schedules.

    Participate in project meetings, prepare status updates, and distribute progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.

    Ensure adherence to company quality control standards, documentation protocols, and safety policies.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    1-3 years of experience in electrical construction, engineering, or related project coordination role.

    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

    Familiarity with electrical systems, construction drawings, and project documentation processes.

    Proficiency in project management and construction tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, BIM software, and Microsoft Office Suite).

    Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.

    Passion for learning, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced construction environment.

    Pay Range: $55,000 - $95,000 per year

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    5+ years' experience in commercial construction as an electrician 2+ years' experience as a leadman electrician preferred** Experience working in data center and high-rise projects preferred** Strong leadership and management skills Daily on-site attendance required. Comprehensive knowledge of the construction process. Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (bending, crawling, climbing, kneeling, balancing, pushing, pulling). Proficiency with construction equipment. OSHA certification preferred (training provided if needed). Strong time management skills. Thorough understanding of blueprints and the National Electrical Code (NEC). Possession of own Journeyman tools and meets all Journeyman requirements. Basic knowledge of special systems (e.g., fire alarms, sound, voice data). Ability to install and make up switch gear (Cad weld) and perform control wiring. Advanced wire pulling techniques (e.g., Tuggers). Ability to coordinate with other trades, plan ahead, and meet production goals.

    Pay Range: $34 to $38 per Hour

    THE POSITION:

    We're looking for a full-time Foreman 1 to coordinate operations and oversee electricians at construction sites. As the point of reference for both workers and supervisors, the Foreman 1 will be a key person for the completion of a project. Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical construction with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to make quick decisions.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creates a material Buy-Out prior to the job beginning. Plans work and labor requirements for the project for a minimum of 3 weeks. Complete As-Built Drawings and orders material once a week. File daily reports and report all incidents. Manages all project Close-Out processes as well as budget control (manage the cost on the site) Communicates efficiently with the Project Management team as well as the customer/ GC. Draft RFI's and submit them to the PM team. Enforce all HR/ Company policies, safety policies, and perform discipline action with crew as needed. Enter and approve timecards for assigned crew.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    3+ years of commercial/ industrial foreman electrical experience Experience working in data center and high-rise projects preferred** Experience leading crews of 20+ employees Advanced abilities at reading plans, submittals, and specifications. In-depth knowledge of NFPA 70 and solid understanding of current electrical codes and installation methods. Well-versed in the installation of power systems - lighting, fire protection and security and data networks. Ability to order and track materials, perform job cost projections, and develop "as-builts" Proficient at all construction software as required Clean background and driving record Ability to run projects $1M and larger Must be able to reach overhead, lift 75 pounds, and push and pull materials. Must be able to work in a variety of positions, e.g., stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, etc. Work is regularly performed in outdoor weather conditions where temperatures can exceed one hundred degrees.

    Pay Range: Starts at $40 per hour or more depending on experience
