We're now looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team immediately.
The Role
As a Nurse Practitioner at Canyon Pain Center, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day care of our pain management patients. You'll see patients on a consistent three-day weekly schedule, giving you the stability of regular clinical work with the flexibility of a true part-time position. This is an excellent fit for a provider who wants meaningful, ongoing patient relationships without a five-day grind.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditionsDevelop and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our clinical teamPerform patient assessments, follow-ups, and medication managementDocument visits efficiently in Elation EMRCommunicate with patients, families, and referring providers with professionalism and compassion

Required Credentials:
Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of ArizonaLicense in good standing with no disciplinary restrictions
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in pain management, primary care, or a related specialtyStrong clinical judgment and attention to detailA patient-first mindset and a collaborative working style
