    Job Summary

    An amazing opportunity to join Canteen One’s Client team working with Fortune 500 clients on a national basis! This advanced leadership role is part of our Client Services team and is key in meeting and maintaining customer relations while maximizing financial objectives. Your goal is to provide outstanding service and build long-term relationships that lead to high customer satisfaction and contract renewals. This senior position manages top accounts, offers advanced analytical, financial, and system skills, and serves as a Team Lead working closely with senior management to assist team members and lead operations in account retention strategies.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    • Assist in the setup of new accounts and rollouts
    • Prepare reports and summaries
    • Recommend and present information to the client, and implement the recommendations
    • Conduct quarterly meetings and business reviews
    • Facilitate data needed for business reviews/meetings
    • Build and sustain relationships with clients through high-level interaction and analysis
    • Develop account retention strategies
    • Perform ongoing financial performance analysis
    • Facilitate business proformas and overall financial summaries
    • Set accurate financial expectations for renewals and bids
    • Evaluate potential new business relationships
    • Facilitate meetings and manage internal resources to resolve issues
    • Identify and develop plans to address problems or obstacles
    • Communicate relevant client information across Canteen One
    • Collaborate with Operations and build internal relationships
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field required; or equivalent experience (five years in service business, three in account management)
    • Minimum of three (3) years of business experience
    • Strong background in market analysis, operations, and account management preferred
    • Proven financial analysis skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term internal and external relationships
    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
    • Supervisory experience preferred
    • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; PowerPoint preferred
    • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, JD Edwards) strongly preferred
    • Experience with reporting tools, especially Business Objects, is a plus

    Job Summary

    The Client Services Manager has direct customer service contact with our clients in support of our vending programs by analyzing business performance and developing and executing new programs. This position assists in operational set-up, expediting day-to-day service problems, preparing Executive Summaries, proformas, conducting financial analyses, and making recommendations to improve profitability. The goal is to provide outstanding service to our customers that builds and sustains long-term relationships, resulting in high customer satisfaction and contract renewals and extensions.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Assure accurate and timely financial reporting
    • Inspect reports and summaries to look for possible gaps
    • Perform ongoing analysis of the portfolio of business managed by analyzing vendor, client, and Canteen One financial performance
    • Make recommendations and present information to the corporate client’s contact
    • Assure accurate financial expectations for renewals/bids in working with the Sales group
    • Facilitate meetings with internal resources to address issues
    • Build, maintain, and sustain relationships with clients
    • Have quarterly meetings and business reviews with all top 20 customers
    • Serve as a communication point for all of Canteen One and ensure all relevant information is facilitated throughout the entire Canteen One organization

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of service business/account management experience required, or a high school diploma with two years post-secondary education with an equivalent of five years of service business experience with three years in account management
    • Proven financial analysis skill set
    • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills coupled with a strong customer service orientation required
    • Demonstrated ability to use both analytical and intuitive judgment and sound decision-making in interpreting, developing, and applying new methods and policies that affect the business
    • Proven ability to work independently and to grow and maintain long-term positive internal and external work relationships
    • Demonstrated ability to prepare, analyze, and present business reviews to Client contacts that explain our programs in detail and make recommendations for additional growth opportunities
    • Timeliness and accuracy coupled with the demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize business requirements
    • High level of proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook required
    • PowerPoint software experience preferred

    Job Summary

    An amazing opportunity to join Canteen One’s Implementation/Project team, working with Fortune 500 clients on a national scale! The New Business Onboarding Project Lead is responsible for managing the onboarding and implementation of new business. This includes contract and document review, establishing rollout timelines, tracking progress, and managing deadlines. This role collaborates closely with the National Sales Team, Canteen One Client Managers, and clients to ensure a seamless transition.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Facilitate weekly sales due diligence calls and follow up on action items
    • Partner with the National Sales Team to onboard new business
    • Provide program requirements and lead internal launch calls
    • Manage projects and deadlines for new store openings, client rollouts, and program changes
    • Evaluate project deliverables and track project status, success metrics, and client satisfaction
    • Communicate client expectations to internal departments and propose alternative solutions when needed
    • Determine internal resource needs based on project scope
    • Provide project updates to the Canteen One Executive Team
    • Maintain direct communication with clients regarding status, issues, and questions
    • Summarize project status for field partners and outline time and action plans
    • Gather and present information from various technology sources in a professional format
    • Present updates via phone, webinar, or in-person meetings
    • Run verification reports to ensure proper system setup
    • Maintain accurate risk tracking and project documentation

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent of five years of service business experience with at least three years in project management, implementation, or account management
    • Minimum of five years of business experience
    • Preferred experience in project management, implementation, account management, and relationship building
    • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to maintain positive internal and external relationships
    • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workload
    • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., calculations, VLOOKUP)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP) and reporting tools strongly preferred
