Job Description
We are not looking to fill a "sales manager" title — we are looking for a proven leader who can build, develop, and manage a high-performing team of in-home sales representatives from the ground up.
You will take ownership of recruiting, training, and leading a sales team, with a clear path to scaling that team toward $250,000–$500,000+ in monthly revenue. You will not be doing this alone: you'll be supported by a top-performing Senior Closer who assists with advanced deal strategy and rep training.
Responsibilities
Recruit and build a team of in-home sales representativesDevelop reps into consistent $30,000–$50,000/month producersDrive team performance, accountability, and cultureScale the team toward $250,000–$500,000+ in monthly revenueCollaborate with senior leadership and a Senior Closer on deal strategy and training
Compensation & Benefits
$5,000/month during the first 90 days (ramp period)3–5% override on team revenuePerformance bonuses tied to active producing reps, team revenue milestones, and rep retentionUncapped earning potential tied directly to team production
Requirements
Proven experience building or leading a team of 3+ sales representativesStrong track record in recruiting and developing sales talentExperience in in-home sales or commission-based sales environmentsDemonstrated ability to build scalable systems and processes, not just close personal deals
