Responsibilities
Leadership:provides leadership, guidance, and support for staff initiatives while ensuring adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and established procedures. HRIS:Manages and maintains the organizations HRIS, including database administration, system customization, ongoing maintenance, user training, and organizational support. Facilitate onboarding and administering training through the companys learning management system and other training sessions. Monthly Compliance and Process Improvement:Ensures compliance with state, local, and federal labor laws while overseeing the completion of all HR-related documentation for each entity. Collaborates with group leaders to ensure staff maintains up-to-date documentation and certifications.
