Introduction
The Mechanical Construction Manager oversees planning, coordination, and delivery of high‐purity and process piping systems that support technology facilities such as data centers, semiconductor facilities, advanced manufacturing, and cleanrooms. This role manages the full lifecycle of the piping scope—from pre‐construction through commissioning and turnover—ensuring systems are installed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with stringent quality and cleanliness requirements.

Lead pre‐construction for process and high‐purity piping (UPW, process gases, chemicals, stainless utilities), including scope definition, constructability review, budgeting, and schedule development.Develop and maintain detailed schedules and look‐ahead plans for all piping work, aligning manpower, materials, tools, and cleanroom access or shutdown windows.Coordinate with design and engineering teams to review P&IDs, isometrics, BIM models, and tool/MEP layouts, resolving RFIs and field clashes early.Oversee procurement and logistics for stainless and high‐purity piping materials, valves, fittings, specialty alloys, and prefabricated assemblies, working closely with vendors and internal procurement.Manage trade partners and internal piping crews, clearly defining scopes, interfaces, and responsibilities for work in cleanrooms, data halls, and utility areas.Ensure all piping work complies with applicable codes and standards (e.g., ASME B31.3, ASME BPE, owner standards) and project‐specific high‐purity or sanitary requirements.Plan and oversee inspections and testing (leak tests, hydrostatic, pneumatic, NDT, flushing, passivation, and system qualification) and ensure complete documentation and turnover packages.Monitor project performance, including cost, change orders, productivity, and key metrics, implementing corrective actions to protect budget and schedule.Coordinate piping activities with other mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and critical equipment installations to support mission‐critical uptime and commissioning milestones.Champion safety and contamination‐control practices appropriate to technology environments (cleanroom protocols, chemical and gas safety, lockout/tagout) in partnership with site EHS teams.Provide regular status reports and risk/mitigation updates to internal leadership and clients, supporting readiness for commissioning and operations handover.Pay and Benefits

Introduction
Canadian Breaks Consulting is seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Project Controls Representative to join our embedded project teams. This role is critical in ensuring successful project controls system development, updates, and controls throughout the life of construction projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with both clients and team members to implement effective planning and scheduling practices using Primavera P6, Cloud EVM, and other specialty software.

Introduction
The Electrical Field Superintendent will work embedded in our clients PMO. They will work closely with other superintendents and subcontractors. The Electrical Field Superintendent will be responsible for managing scope execution from start to finish, coordinating scheduling, quality, submitting RFI’s, providing a safe work environment, and overseeing the QA/QC programs. The Electrical Field Superintendent will supervise multiple electrical subcontractors performing extensive fast-tracked scope on multiple large hi-tech buildings. This position will be fully at the project site.
