Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to develop, execute and analyze marketing programs that provide visible results. The ideal candidate will transform ideas and concepts into visually engaging graphics that captivate our audience, work across various mediums to support our marketing and branding efforts. You will be responsible for overseeing efforts which include but are not limited to; website, creative, copy content, supporting new market expansion, and e-mails. Responsibilities Duties Design Creation: Develop graphics, layouts, and illustrations for websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, emails and image retouching. Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual materials align with company branding guidelines and maintain a consistent, high-quality identity. Collaboration: Work with marketing, buyers, and creative teams to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback for revisions. Technical Execution: Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce final, high-quality, and production-ready designs. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to final, print-ready or digital delivery. Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and AI tools to innovate visual content. Qualifications Skills Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio. Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other design software as well as Klaviyo, and Canva. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Skills: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and both web/print production procedures. Abilities: Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Key Requirements Proven ability to meet tight deadlines. Ability to work in both Mac and PC environments. Strong attention to detail.
