We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Assistant to the Maintenance Supervisor to support our maintenance operations. This critical role requires a strong communicator with excellent follow-up skills and the ability to manage and coordinate scheduling effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance activities
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication related to maintenance requests
Maintain and update maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of work orders
Track maintenance activities and follow up to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
Help manage inventory of supplies and tools, and assist with ordering when necessary
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or assistant role (maintenance or facilities experience a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
Proficiency in scheduling tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, smartsheet, office suite)
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Supervisor to oversee multiple property managers and directly manage select communities without on-site staff. This is a field-based leadership role with regular travel to properties, while also working from our corporate office in West Covina for meetings, reporting, and coordination with our management team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support property managers, assistant managers, leasing teams, and maintenance staff.Manage operations for properties without on-site managers.Oversee leasing, marketing, and resident retention efforts.Review and approve invoices, budgets, and vendor contracts.Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality, maintenance, and curb appeal.Monitor rent rolls, delinquencies, and vacancies; provide follow-up and action plans.Resolve escalated resident concerns in a timely, professional manner.Collaborate with Asset Manager and Controller on reporting, financials, and portfolio goals.Travel regularly throughout your assigned portfolio (mileage reimbursement provided).
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property management, including supervisory duties.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
