Calloway Roofing is a Roofing Company that serves all central Florida and surrounding areas. We primarily deal with insurance claims on behalf of our customers. We are now hiring for a seasoned Accounts Receivable Specialist for our Orlando office.
Duties and responsibilities:
Communicating with customers to request and arrange paymentsCommunicating with insurance carriers to follow up on payment and status’sRecording and tracking payments in our CRM softwareUpdating client accounts based on payment or contact informationStrong interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to maintain professionalism under pressureGreat organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detailAdvanced computer skills and proficiency with financial management softwarePerform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate mannerManage collection efforts and associated functions
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have insurance claims knowledge and a basic understanding of how to read an adjuster summary
Must have a minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience in a Account receivables position and working with insurance claims.
Must have Quickbooks Desktop experience.
