    Job Summary:
    The Material Handler is responsible for receiving, moving, storing, and preparing materials for production and shipping. This role supports daily operations by ensuring materials are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipmentsMove raw materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facilityLoad and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucksStage materials for production and shippingMaintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle countsLabel, package, and prepare materials for shipmentFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean work areaAssist other departments as neededQualifications:Previous warehouse or material handling experience requiredAbility to lift up to 40 lbsForklift experience or certification is a plusBasic math and record-keeping skillsReliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentWork Environment:Warehouse or manufacturing settingStanding, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift Read Less

    Responsibilities:
    1. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
    2. Manage agendas, arrange meetings, appointments, and provide reminders as needed.
    3. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
    4. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
    5. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
    6. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
    7. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
    8. Assist colleagues whenever necessary to ensure operational continuity.

    Requirements:
    1. Proven experience as an administrator, administrative assistant, or relevant role.
    2. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
    3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.).
    4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    5. Organizational and time management skills.
    6. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
    7. High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

    Compensation:
    - Pay rate: Starting at $19 per hour, depending on experience. (Multiple companies/Different payrates)

    Work Schedule:
    - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. (Multiple companies/Different schedules) Read Less
