Position Summary
The Associate Clinical Director plays a key leadership role in developing clinical talent and supporting operational excellence within the clinic. This position partners closely with the Director of Clinical Services (DOCS) to drive performance, mentor clinicians, and ensure high-quality ABA services are delivered across the site.

Clinical Leadership
Provide BCBA and case supervision aligned with clinic needsDevelop, oversee, and evaluate individualized ABA programsConduct functional behavior assessments and review clinical reportsLead monthly provider meetings to address progress and utilizationSupport parent training and caregiver collaborationOperational & Administrative Oversight
Monitor key clinic metrics: census, service hours, utilizationEnsure team meets billable expectations and service delivery goalsSupport onboarding, staffing, and client intake processesMaintain compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policiesPartner with DOCS on clinic operations and reportingTeam Development
Train, mentor, and support BCBAs and clinical staffConduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coachingFoster a culture of accountability, growth, and clinical excellenceBusiness & Strategy

$300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months$600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 monthsAdditional Pay Incentives
