Responsibilities:

Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and function based on each individual patients need. Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into clinical practice as appropriate. Expected to meet the needs of having patient execute Plan of Care including but not limited to following up with patients if non compliance occurs. Be a team player to utilize non clinical staff to support needs of the caseload Proper delegation and use of PTA when applicable.
