This position supports a variety of commercial construction projects and works closely with superintendents and other trades to deliver high-quality work safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Perform rough and finish carpentry on commercial construction projectsAssist with layout, framing, and trim carpentryInstall doors, frames, hardware, millwork, and specialty items as neededRead and interpret construction drawings and specificationsSafely operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsiteAssist other trades and perform general labor duties as requiredFollow company safety policies and OSHA regulationsQualifications
Previous commercial carpentry or construction experience preferredBasic knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and methodsAbility to read tape measures and understand basic construction drawingsStrong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detailAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather and jobsite conditionsValid drivers license and reliable transportation requiredOSHA 10 certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)A resume is not required, however, please provide a list of previous jobs and years of experience at relevant trades.
