    We are looking for an energetic and friendly general dentist to join our team of professionals in our location in Lancaster, California.

    Associates have full autonomy in establishing their treatment plans and rendering care. We offer clinical support with direct one-on-one mentorship. You can concentrate on your area of expertise while others manage patient administrative paperwork and office staffing. This is a full-time position.

    Responsibilities & Duties:

    Responsible for providing and delivering quality dental care to our patientsCreate dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultationsEnsure treatment plan is reviewed with each family, and receive informed consents for treatments servicesRepair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areasProvide endodontics treatment, including molarsAdhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPAA and OSHA regulationsProvide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatmentConsistently portray a positive working attitude that fosters a pleasant work environment

    Compensation & Benefits:

    $900 - $1,100 Daily Minimum Guarantee (amount based on experience)33% of Net Production or Daily minimum, the higher of the twoPossibility of making up to 35% of net production based on tenure.     About the Role:

    Job Description
    The Dental Assistant supports the dentist(s) in delivering efficient, high-quality patient care. This role ensures patients are comfortable, prepared, and supported throughout their visit.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    Responsibilities include preparing patients and treatment rooms, setting up and sterilizing instruments, and assisting the dentist using four-handed dentistry. The Dental Assistant also provides oral hygiene and post-operative instructions, maintains cleanliness and inventory, schedules appointments, updates patient records, and assists with payment procedures.

    Skills and Qualifications
    Strong communication and customer service skills are required, with bilingual Spanish preferred. Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, comfortable using dental software, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment while following state regulations and protocols.

    Qualifications (Experience, Education, Certification)
    Previous dental assisting experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must meet state requirements for Dental Assistant duties and hold or obtain applicable certifications, including BLS/CPR and radiography, as required.

    Work Conditions and Schedule
    The Dental Assistant works under the supervision of dentists, the lead dental assistant, and the Office Manager in a clean, well-lit clinical environment. Some evening or weekend hours may be required, and all safety protocols must be followed, including those related to X-ray equipment.

    Physical Requirements
    This role requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods while assisting chairside. Candidates must also be able to bend, climb stairs, and lift supplies as needed.
