Responsible for the planning, organization, direction, supervision and evaluation of the nursing services provided in the centerEnsures nursing department compliance with federal, state and local regulations and implementation of center core nursing programsEnsures maintenance of records and reports for resident careEnsures the orientation and training of all nursing services personnelManages the nursing services department within budgetFollows all center policies and proceduresMust have:
Current state RN licensure without enforcementPrevious DON experience of 3 years or more preferredCaldera Cares for you!
