Responsibilities
Maintain computer hardware in working orderSet up employee workstations (computers, printers, routers, etc)Install and configure softwareTrain colleagues in best practices in technology and how to use software and equipmentAssess security risks and ensure the security of networks and computer systemsMaintain optimized local networkQualifications
A bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferredPrevious experience as an IT Technician or an IT Certification is preferredStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsAbility to work well as part of a teamStrong written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of data privacy and security
