    We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of software applications across solution architecture, design, development, integration, performance testing, and maintenance.     What You'll Do

    Hire, train, mentor, and manage one or more Software Engineering teams (5-15 engineers), including onshore and offshore resources

    What You'll Need
    Required:

    7+ years of software development/engineering experience

    3+ years of experience leading engineers and managing engineering teams

    Strong hands-on backend engineering background (Java, Spring Boot, microservices)

    Solid understanding of Docker/containers and Kubernetes + Kustomize

    Proficiency with GitOps workflows and Argo CD

    Experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture

    Experience with Couchbase or other NoSQL databases
