    Job Description

    We are looking for an Instructional Designer to help utilize technology effectively to enhance learning and communication through visually compelling content. This position will be full-time and onsite in Cleveland, OH.

    What You'll Do

    Job Description

    We are looking for a Technical Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and related low voltage power infrastructure. This position will be full time and onsite across the greater urban areas of Tampa, Orlando, Broward, and Miami. The role supports advanced troubleshooting, system optimization, vendor oversight, and maintenance leadership to ensure power continuity and infrastructure reliability.     What You'll Do

    Act as the subject matter expert for UPS systems and facility power infrastructure

    Lead complex diagnostics and corrective maintenance for UPS systems and related components

    Monitor preventive maintenance programs to maximize system uptime

    Manage maintenance contracts and ensure compliance with SLAs and reporting requirements

    Monitor vendor performance, review invoices, and verify adherence to contractual obligations

    Coordinate with vendors for upgrades, replacements, and warranty claims

    Provide technical guidance and training for technicians and team members

    What You'll Need

    Required:

    What You'll Do

    Polish and test fiber optic cables

    Operate fiber router and complete over-molding process (as needed)

    Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to equipment
