SCHEDULE: Flexible schedule, mornings, evenings, and overnights, weekdays and weekends 4 - 12 hour shifts.

Qualified Candidates:Have a passion for helping people.Have been a caregiver for at least 2 years, or have the desire and willingness to learn.Experienced with individuals who have Alzheimer’s or dementia.Are proficient with Activities of Daily Living (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting).Are proficient with ambulation and transfers.Fluent in English.Have reliable transportation, a willingness to drive clients in their car, current auto insurance, and a current Driver's License.Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities:Provide compassionate in-home care to clients, ensuring their safety and comfort.Monitor and document client observations to report any changes in condition.Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and their families to address needs and concerns.
