    About Us Caf Spice is a growing, multi-site food manufacturer producing ready-to-eat meals for national retail and foodservice customers. We are seeking a Logistics Manager to coordinate all inbound and outbound transportation for our food manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for scheduling deliveries, coordinating carriers, and ensuring on-time shipments of raw materials and finished goods. Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support our daily warehouse operations on second and third shift . This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring products are handled, stored, and distributed efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment. Key Responsibilities Compare purchase orders with packing lists to ensure accuracy Receive, verify, and inspect incoming deliveries Pick and pull orders accurately and in a timely manner Load trucks with finished products and customer orders Conduct final verification of all outbound shipments Deliver products to appropriate departments (coolers and dry storage) Complete all receiving and shipping documentation accurately Process returns for incorrect or damaged items Stock shelves and rotate inventory (FIFO practices) Perform regular inventory counts of raw and finished goods Maintain accurate records of orders and delivery details Communicate with Purchasing regarding delays or discrepancies Ensure proper storage, organization, and security of inventory Keep receiving and shipping areas clean and organized Follow all safety and quality regulations Qualifications Minimum 2 years of warehouse or food manufacturing experience Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Basic math skills Forklift experience preferred Why Join Caf Spice Competitive compensation and benefits 401(k) with company participation Paid time off and holiday pay Stable, growing food manufacturing company Opportunities for career growth and advancement Team-oriented work environment Fast-paced and dynamic production facility Compensation details: 18-21 Hourly Wage PI1b726a3e4e78-26289-40373163 Read Less
