Key Responsibilities
Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally, serving as the first point of contact for customers and partners.Manage billing to distributors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Prepare invoices and estimates using QuickBooks Online (QBO).Utilize Smartsheet software to organize tasks, track projects, and support business operations.Maintain and update customer profiles, developing a thorough understanding of customer needs and preferences.Qualifications
