We are currently looking for Quality Control to monitor and control the production process to ensure that the final product meets specific quality standards.

    The Opportunity:

    Inspect and determine acceptability of custom fabricated mechanical parts and electrical assemblies (PCBAs and cables) using industry-appropriate methods and standards (e.g. IPC-A-610, JSTD-001, MIL-STD, etc.), measuring dimensions and examining functionality.
    Able to use engineering drawings or process documentation to perform inspections. Execute first article inspections of newly released designs.
    Perform incoming, in-process, final and pre-ship inspections in manufacturing and/or shipping ensuring product conformance to internal and external standards. Ensure the integrity of the end-item-data-package (EIDP) for delivered hardware.
    Record inspection results by completing reports, summarizing results, and adding data into the quality management system database; Communicate inspection results and offer continual improvement suggestions
    Generate nonconformance reports and perform minor dispositioning for reworks or scrap.
    Execute process audits in the production or inspection areas.
    Identify opportunities for process improvements to improve overall quality
    Other duties as assigned by your direct supervisor



    Qualifications:

    3+ years of relevant experience in electrical, mechanical, or electro-mech inspection for an electronics manufacturer; working in the aerospace & defense industry
    Previous experience with satellites or other flight hardware a plus
    Experience inspecting mechanical and electrical (PCBAs, cables, etc..) items
    Experience inspecting optical parts (lenses, mirrors, prisms) a plus
    Able to use standard measurement and inspection tools including pin gauges, calipers, visual inspection system, microscope, etc.
    Ability to obtain certifications to J-STD 001, IPC-610, and IPC-620
    Knowledge of ESD S20.20 and generally accepted good practice for ESD control

    The Opportunity:

    CACI is looking for an experienced Machine/Equipment Operator to be part of an exciting and important mission. The ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of proven experience operating complex machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency. This role involves performing machine setups, advanced troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal production flow. This position will provide an opportunity to obtain additional experience in a unique environment.

    This role is for an Intel Customer and must have a TS/SCI POLY to be considered and is located on site with the customer.

    Responsibilities:

    In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating process-specific, printing press machines and equipment; for making and maintaining improvements to the printing presses, the processes, systems and products resulting from the use of the presses to include preventative maintenance; and for conducting quality control on the presses and resulting products according to established procedures and standards. Previous experience operating printing press machines is not required. You must possess a TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.

    Qualifications:

    At least 3-5 years of experience safely and efficiently operating complex machinery: For the right candidate, the Customer will provide on-the-job training for printing press operations to include digital, screen printing, gravure, flexographic, small offset and large sheeted presses; and methods such as letterpress, lithography, digital and ink-jet printing techniques

    The Opportunity:

    Qualifications:

    Fiber optic splicing processes and equipment, including arc fusion splicers, cleavers, and re-coaters.

    General understanding of how to follow detailed work instructions and record required information in Travelers for traceability

    The Opportunity:
    The CNC Machinist is responsible for machining precision optics using a variety of CNC machinery while following standard work instructions. As part of the Optical Manufacturing team, this role will play an integral part of the production lifecycle and have exposure to various optical manufacturing assignments.

    Responsibilities:

    Manufacture high precision optics on CNC manufacturing equipment in accordance with manufacturing documentation, process documentation and technical requirements, including blocking and unblocking optical materials
    Ensure program check and verification methods are established for the work center
    Interpret technical drawings and work instructions
    Troubleshoot machine anomalies with the ability to Identify problems and escalate



    Qualifications:

    Required:

    High School Diploma or Equivalent
    5+ years relevant experience
    Strong math aptitude
    Knowledge of Fagor, Fanuc, Siemens, HEIDENHAIN, or similar CNC control systems is a plus
    Familiarity with hand tools, manual measurement tools, computer-controlled test equipment, windows Explorer, Excel, and Word
    Previous experience with Mastercam or Vericut is a plus
    Analytical and problem-solving skills
    Ability to speak up as appropriate while identifying and escalating issues as required
    Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance

    The Opportunity:

    Inspect and determine acceptability of custom fabricated mechanical parts and electrical assemblies (PCBAs and cables) using industry-appropriate methods and standards (e.g. IPC-A-610, JSTD-001, MIL-STD, etc.), measuring dimensions and examining functionality.
    Able to use engineering drawings or process documentation to perform inspections. Execute first article inspections of newly released designs.
    Perform incoming, in-process, final and pre-ship inspections in manufacturing and/or shipping ensuring product conformance to internal and external standards. Ensure the integrity of the end-item-data-package (EIDP) for delivered hardware.
    Record inspection results by completing reports, summarizing results, and adding data into the quality management system database; Communicate inspection results and offer continual improvement suggestions
    Generate nonconformance reports and perform minor dispositioning for reworks or scrap.
    Execute process audits in the production or inspection areas.
    Identify opportunities for process improvements to improve overall quality
    Other duties as assigned by your direct supervisor



    Qualifications:

    3+ years of relevant experience in electrical, mechanical, or electro-mech inspection for an electronics manufacturer; working in the aerospace & defense industry
    Previous experience with satellites or other flight hardware a plus
    Experience inspecting mechanical and electrical (PCBAs, cables, etc..) items
    Experience inspecting optical parts (lenses, mirrors, prisms) a plus
    Able to use standard measurement and inspection tools including pin gauges, calipers, visual inspection system, microscope, etc.
    Ability to obtain certifications to J-STD 001, IPC-610, and IPC-620
    Knowledge of ESD S20.20 and generally accepted good practice for ESD control

    The Opportunity:

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lead Hardware Production Technician to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for a group of highly skilled Technicians that perform assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic and mechanical hardware components used in our products. You will work closely with engineers and other production staff to ensure that all components meet quality standards and are produced in an efficient, timely manner.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage the Production Assembly team by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress.
    Provide guidance, support, and training to the team members, helping them improve their skills, quality, and productivity.
    Work as an individual contributor at times while mentoring more junior team members.
    Will be responsible for maintaining the assembly department's equipment, tools, and ensuring compliance for calibration.
    Will act as the assembly department's SME (Subject Matter Expert) to review and approve work instructions and procedures for supporting programs and product realization through the production process.
    Mechanically assemble complex electronic systems, including high-quality wire harnesses, test racks, and components, with tasks such as hand soldering and component fabrication within a team or autonomously as tasks dictate
    Perform validation and testing of various electronic components using equipment such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and test racks, while conducting functional tests, identifying issues, and provide or implement solutions as directed.
    Ensure that all checklists are thoroughly completed, reviewed, and finalized before submitting them to Quality Assurance (QA) for approval
    Hold the Assembly team accountable for quality, performance, and compliance.



    Qualifications:


    Must be a US Citizen.
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent related technical experience.
    Proficient with common hand tools and power tools such as pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, calipers, crimping tools, soldering & desoldering stations, multi meters, or specialized test equipment
    Has a strong understanding of 3-phase AC power (120/240V) and DC power, including their characteristics, applications, and safe handling practices in electrical systems
    Able to read and interpret wiring diagrams and follow assembly instruction, verify drawings and equipment layouts
    Possesses a working knowledge of computers, with proficiency in various operating systems, and a preference for experience with Linux OS
    Physically able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and be able to work prone or standing for limited durations.
    Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with the Engineering Team and Program Teams while multi-tasking between the requirements and deadlines of multiple programs
    Maintain vigorous ESD protection procedures
