Position Overview
Cabinets Core is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate – Kitchen Design & Cabinetry to join our growing team in Auburn, WA.
In this role, you'll work directly with homeowners, contractors, and designers to create beautiful, functional kitchen spaces. You'll develop kitchen layouts using 2020 Design software, prepare project estimates, recommend products, and guide customers through every step of the remodeling process.

Responsibilities
Design kitchen layouts using 2020 Design software.Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for customers.Assist clients in selecting cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, hardware, and other products.Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and consistent follow-up.Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.Develop expert knowledge of Cabinets Core products and services.Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth project execution from design through installation.Maintain accurate customer records and project information.Qualifications
Previous sales experience preferred (kitchen design, cabinetry, furniture, home improvement, or remodeling is a plus).Experience with 2020 Design software is preferred; training may be provided for the right candidate.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software.Passion for helping customers create beautiful living spaces.Compensation & Benefits

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day operations within our cabinetry and remodeling business. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple administrative functions. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction, smooth order processing, effective communication between departments, and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors. The Administrative Coordinator will also manage documentation, assist in accounting tasks, and play a key role in internal organization and team support.
Responsibilities
Customer Service & Order Management
Manage and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.Process claim forms for order-related issues, including missing or damaged materials.Communicate with customers through phone, email, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook Marketplace).Handle small project quotes independently and escalate larger quotes to the sales team.Collect and process incoming website submissions and ensure timely follow-up.Warehouse & Delivery Coordination
Coordinate closely with the warehouse team regarding delivery schedules and pick-ups.Create and distribute delivery folders containing necessary documentation.Confirm delivery details with customers prior to scheduled dates.Assist in resolving delivery-related issues, including damaged items or rescheduling needs.Purchasing & Invoicing
Place material orders with suppliers based on approved layouts and quotes.Review and verify all invoices with the sales team before requesting payment from customers.Ensure all receipts and invoices are recorded and organized in QuickBooks.Maintain accurate tracking of supplier payments and reconcile outstanding balances.Subcontractor Coordination
Schedule measurements and installations with subcontractors.Maintain updated documentation for all subcontractors (renew every 6 months).Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts and invoices for subcontractors.Prepare checks based on approved invoices and resale permits (checks require management approval).Payment & Financial Oversight
Track and process payments based on a predefined calendar and tracking sheet.Coordinate with management to ensure available funds before issuing any payments.Write and issue refund checks upon approval.Submit check stubs for security tracking and financial documentation.Administrative & Office Support
Enter new products and update pricing in QuickBooks based on supplier updates.Maintain office organization, including managing product samples and displays.Monitor and restock office and breakroom supplies (e.g., coffee, paper, general items).Sort and file incoming mail, checks, and important company documents.Organize small team celebrations and assist in planning company events.Provide general administrative support to management as needed.Qualifications
Proven experience in administrative or operations support roles.Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage priorities under minimal supervision.Comfortable working with accounting systems such as QuickBooks.Professional communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.Familiarity with subcontractor coordination or construction/remodeling operations is a plus.Must be a team player with a willingness to support others across departments.
