Job SummaryLooking for an assembly dept. lead. To manage and oversee the cabinet assembly department.
We are seeking someone that has Supervisor experience in Lean Manufacturing. Ideally in custom European style Residential & Commercial Cabinetry.
Responsibilities
Manage 6-10 EmployeesOversee daily operations and ensure that all work processes adhere to company standards and regulationsAllocate tasks and assignments to team members based on their workload, ensuring equitable distribution and efficient completionFacilitate communication between team members and other departments Facilitate communication between management and staff to address concerns Assemble CabinetsQuality check of produced partsAssemble Drawer BoxesMiter fold partsProduce Counter TopsDaily cleaning of the work areaQualifications
Experience supervising employeesAbility to read shop drawingsExperienced in cabinet production and specialized cabinet assembly a mustGood analytical skillsAbility to work well as part of a teamStrong written and verbal communication skillsComputer knowledge & CNC cabinet manufacturing equipment skills a plusBilingual Preferred (Spanish, English)
