    Position Summary:
    The SAP Fiori Specialist supports enterprise SAP user experience (UX) and front-end application development by designing, developing, and implementing SAP Fiori and UI5 solutions. This role collaborates closely with SAP Functional Consultants, ABAP Developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive, responsive applications within SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.

    Position Summary:

    The Senior SAP Developer (Plant Maintenance / EAM Focus) provides custom technical development support for SAP PM implementations. Working within an SAP S/4HANA on-premise environment, this developer builds and maintains ABAP enhancements, BAdIs, custom reports, interfaces, and data migration programs for SAP PM objects. A critical workstream includes the technical evaluation and potential integration or replacement of legacy tool management or EAM systems with SAP PM, requiring both strong ABAP expertise and a deep understanding of SAP PM data structures, including equipment, counters, classification, and task lists. The developer works closely with the functional team to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

    Develops ABAP enhancements, BAdIs (Business Add-Ins), and customer exits for SAP PM objects including equipment master, maintenance plans, notifications, and work orders using PM-specific enhancement spots (IWO1xxxx, QQMA0xxx).Builds custom reports for asset readiness, maintenance history, open and overdue work orders, preventive maintenance compliance, and MRO material consumption using ABAP, ALV Grid, and SAP Query.Technically evaluates TC-Max integration requirements: analyzes TC-Max data model and available APIs; assesses SAP PM equipment, counter, and classification data model as a replacement; and develops an interface or data migration solution based on the functional team's recommendation.Develops RFC-based or IDoc-based interfaces between SAP PM and external systems as required, including counter reading feeds from manufacturing equipment and measurement data from asset tracking systems.Builds or configures SAP PM output forms (work order print output, inspection completion report, maintenance task confirmation) using Adobe Forms or SAPscript.Develops data migration programs for initial load of equipment master records, functional locations, task lists, measurement documents, and historical order data using BAPIs or LSMW.Writes technical specifications for all custom development objects; maintains transport log documentation in accordance with C5MI's change management standards.Performs unit testing of all custom development objects; supports the functional team during integration testing and user acceptance testing to resolve technical defects.Coordinates with Basis and technical teams on transport management across the DEV/QAS/PRD landscape and SAP S/4HANA 2023 compatibility requirements.Participates in technical design reviews led by the SAP PM Solution Architect; provide technical feasibility assessments and effort estimates for proposed enhancements.Travels up to 25% to client sites to collaborate and consult in person as needed.Adheres to all certified processes as part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and information security, which includes actively participating in quality assurance activities and ensuring the protection of sensitive information in accordance with our security policies.

    Education, Training, and Experience:

    Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of SAP ABAP development experience in an ERP implementation or production support context; or no degree and 7-10 years of experience.Minimum 2 years of ABAP development experience directly within SAP PM or EAM, with working knowledge of PM data model tables (EQUI, IFLOT, AUFK, VIQMEL, PLKO, MPOS, MPLA, MPTR).Proficiency in ABAP OO, BAdIs, enhancement spots, customer exits, ALV reporting, LSMW, BAPIs, IDocs, and RFCs.Experience with SAP PM data migration using BAPIs (BAPI_EQUI_CREATE, NotifCreate, OrderMaintain) or LSMW.Experience developing SAP forms using Adobe Forms or SAPscript for work order output.Experience with SAP S/4HANA on-premise ABAP development environment including transport management.Ability to obtain and maintain a CAC (Common Access Card); US Citizenship required.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

    Compensation:

    In accordance with pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is $124,000 – $155,000 annually.     Position Summary:

    The SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Solution Architect is C5MI's senior delivery authority for SAP PM implementations. This individual owns the end-to-end SAP PM solution architecture within an SAP S/4HANA environment, translating complex maintenance requirements across asset-intensive operations (e.g., vehicles, equipment, industrial assets, and manufacturing environments) into a scalable, maintainable SAP EAM architecture.     Owns end-to-end SAP PM solution architecture across all maintenance streams including asset maintenance, manufacturing process maintenance, and tool management.Designs the functional location hierarchy, equipment master data structure, equipment categorization, and classification strategy for enterprise-managed assets.Defines maintenance task list design (general, equipment, and functional location task lists) and maintenance strategy selection (time-based, counter-based, single-cycle, and strategy plans) aligned to operational schedules.Architects the MRO material master and spare parts management approach in coordination with SAP MM configuration; defines material reservation, goods issue, and availability check processes for maintenance work orders.Leads blueprint workshops with client operations, SAP functional, and technical teams to document and validate future-state processes; produces Business Blueprint documentation.Evaluates legacy tool management or EAM systems against SAP PM capabilities; produces recommendations for replacement, integration, or phased implementation.Defines notification and work order type configuration, user status profiles, settlement rules, and the full planned and unplanned maintenance workflow.Establishes the SAP PM integration design with MM, FI/CO, and QM; defines cost center assignment, internal order settlement, and maintenance cost tracking approaches.Defines the authorization concept and role design for maintenance planners, technicians, supervisors, and MRO procurement personnel.Develops and maintains the Statement of Work (SoW), project delivery model, and resource plan for leadership approval.Mentors and directs SAP PM Functional Consultants; coordinate deliverables with cross-functional team members including MM/MRO and development resources.Supports proposal development and client engagements as the subject matter expert for SAP PM.Travels 50-75% to client sites to collaborate and consult in person and evaluate operations.Adheres to all certified processes and quality/security standards, including participation in quality assurance and protection of sensitive information.Perform other related tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.

    Education, Training, and Experience:

    Bachelor's degree with a minimum 8 years of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM / EAM) hands-on implementation experience, including configuration and solution design; or no degree with 12+ years of relevant experience.Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in an Architect or Functional Lead role.Deep configuration expertise in functional locations, equipment master, maintenance BOMs, task lists, maintenance strategies, maintenance plans, notifications, and work order management.Demonstrated experience designing PM solutions for complex, multi-asset-type environments with serialized equipment and counter-based maintenance requirements.Experience with SAP MM-PM integration: MRO material masters, reservations, goods movements, purchase requisitions, and material availability checks.Experience with SAP FI/CO-PM integration: cost center assignment, internal orders, and maintenance order settlement.Strong workshop facilitation and executive communication skills; ability to lead both technical and business audiences through complex design decisions.Ability to obtain and maintain a CAC (Common Access Card); US Citizenship required.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

    Position Summary: The SAP Integration Developer I is responsible for the technical design, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support of SAP integration solution architecture. This role supports system-to-system communication, data exchange, and integration by leveraging SAP PI/PO capabilities and modern API frameworks. The position works closely with technical and functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable integration solutions.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

    Design, develop, test, deploy, and support SAP integration solutions using SAP PI/PO and modern API frameworksEnable system-to-system communication, data exchange, and integration across enterprise platformsParticipate in feasibility assessments for integration requirementsSupport large system and subsystem planning activities related to integration architectureEnsure adherence to project schedules and integration standardsDevelop and maintain technical integration documentationProvide frequent knowledge transfer on best practices and modern, standard API-based integration techniquesSupport post-release integration issue resolution and continuous improvement efforts

    Education, Training, and Experience:

    Minimum 2 years of SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration, and/or relevant system integration development experienceBachelor's degree or certificate in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or another technical field preferredExperience working with the Department of Defense or another federal agency is a plusU.S. Citizenship is required to obtain government clearanceExperience with enterprise application development and system integration, including design, development, testing, and deployment

    Compensation:

    In accordance with pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is $75,000 – $95,000 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This posted range reflects our good faith estimate of the compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this role at the time of posting.
