Position Overview
C3 Wellness – Raleigh Stanhope is seeking a polished, service-driven Guest Relations Associate to be the first point of connection for our guests. This role is essential to delivering an elevated, seamless spa experience—from initial inquiry through check-out. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, and confident, with a passion for hospitality, wellness, and creating memorable guest experiences that drive loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, scheduling, and guest check-ins with professionalism and careGuide guests smoothly through their spa journey, ensuring timely transitions between servicesMaintain a welcoming, organized reception area and spa boutiqueProvide personalized service that enhances guest satisfaction and retentionEducate guests on C3 Wellness services, memberships, and retail offeringsSupport department and individual revenue goals through thoughtful upselling and cross-sellingHandle payments, confirmations, and guest inquiries accuratelyCollaborate with service providers to ensure exceptional guest flow and communicationMaintain a professional appearance and gracious demeanor at all timesMake referrals to other C3 Wellness team members as appropriateAdapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailQualifications
Experience in guest-facing roles (hospitality, retail, or wellness preferred)High school diploma or college degreeStrong computer skills and ability to learn spa software systems quicklySales-oriented mindset with a focus on guest experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and problem-solve in a dynamic environmentFlexible availability, including evenings and SaturdaysProfessional, warm, and personable presenceFamiliarity with skincare or wellness services is a plus

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team and help patients achieve their recovery, mobility, and wellness goals.
Position Summary
The Physical Therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients experiencing pain, injury, movement dysfunction, and other physical limitations. This role requires strong clinical skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary wellness environment.
The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients improve function, reduce pain, prevent future injuries, and enhance overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessmentsDevelop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findingsImplement therapeutic exercise programs, manual therapy techniques, and evidence-based treatment interventionsMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessaryEducate patients on injury prevention, body mechanics, posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programsDocument evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timelyCollaborate with physicians, massage therapists, acupuncturists, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated careUtilize therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation equipment as appropriatePromote wellness, mobility, and long-term health outcomesMaintain compliance with all state, federal, and professional practice standardsParticipate in team meetings, training opportunities, and continuing educationContribute to a positive and professional clinic cultureQualifications
Doctorate or Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programCurrent North Carolina Physical Therapy License (or ability to obtain prior to start date)Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal conditionsExperience treating orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, and chronic pain conditions preferredExcellent communication and patient education skillsStrong organizational and documentation abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary teamCommitment to patient-centered care and professional growthPreferred Experience
