    DAS Field Engineer - 3rd Shift

    C Squared Systems, LLC is an RF engineering, consulting, and software development company specializing in providing services for seamless wireless coverage from RF analysis to design and implementation of DAS systems and Wi-Fi networks to remote monitoring and management of complex multi-vendor environments. Site Portal®, a customizable Web-based software, was engineered by C Squared Systems to remotely monitor and manage these complex multi-vendor environments.

    Since 1999, C Squared Systems has executed turnkey in-building wireless solutions using state-of-the-art analysis tools to deliver RF solutions that exceed project scope and customer expectations. Our experience, technical expertise, and diverse projects in the wireless realm have allowed C Squared Systems to continually evolve as new technologies are developed and the demands of our customers change.

    C Squared Systems is currently seeking a DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) Field Engineer to join our team. If you are highly motivated and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment which occurs mainly in the field, this may be the role for you. You will be interacting with customers and co-workers on a daily basis and providing timely and detailed updates. This position will require you to be in the field 90% of the time.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    * Takes the lead on system commissioning, integrations, and activations
    * Troubleshooting existing Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) by performing system tests using scanners, spectrum analyzers, transmitters, and other electronic test equipment
    * Performs site surveys and in-depth walkthroughs
    * Works (hands on) with system components such as antennas, fiber optics, coax, and RF amplifiers
    * Troubleshoots and repairs systems for optimal performance
    * Application of RF principles/theory (signal path, power, frequency, noise, modulations, etc.)
    * Multi-tasks on projects on a day-to-day basis
    * Maintains test equipment and tools for continuous use
    * Travels to various job sites within Maryland and outlying regions (DC, Northern Virginia, Pennsylvania and Delaware)

    Skills/Qualifications:

    * 2-year college degree (preferably technical) with relevant coursework, 4-year degree preferred
    * 2 years of related experience (previous experience with DAS architecture and other cellular systems), 3+ years preferred
    * Knowledge of various wireless technologies (LTE, 5G NR, etc.)
    * Possess strong technical aptitude and the desire to learn and advance within a technical field
    * Comfortable working in high pressure situations
    * Ability to receive and give direction on an as needed basis
    * Knowledge of RF optimization techniques and best practices
    * Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, etc.)
    * Must have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

    C Squared Systems, LLC is currently seeking an Associate Technician to join our team. This Full- Time position will work alongside engineers, assisting with maintenance and equipment upkeep. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and can work in a fast-paced environment during third shift hours and a desire to grow as a part of a team.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist a team of Engineers and Technicians with various tasks. Ability to be in the field 90% of the time.Travel outside the Maryland region is expected when needed.Perform routine cleaning of specialized equipment. Navigate to and from job sites via the use of a company provided vehicle.Provide/send a written update at the culmination of each shift. Track and account for the usage of all materials throughout shift.

    Requirements:

    Must be able to communicate effectively via phone and email.     Description:

    The Controller is responsible for the company's financial plans and policies, accounting practices and the maintenance of all fiscal records. This position oversees the timely monthly close of the General Ledger, consolidation and reporting of financial results, and the development of and compliance to internal controls. This position includes responsibility for the day to day management of the accounting staff.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Ensures accurate and timely financials are in compliance with GAAP standardsResponsible for establishing and ensuring compliance of internal controls in accordance with best practices and anti fraud standardsDevelops, implements and maintains the monthly closing calendarOversees monthly financial statements and closing packageCoordinates and prepares the annual budget and financial forecastsPerforms monthly financial reviews and documents significant variances from budget and forecastIdentifies anomalies, over spending and/or areas of potential savings efficiency that can be obtained or achieved to enhance company profitsEnsures financial accounts are properly supported and reconciledCoordinates with external accountants for the annual review of financial statements and timely submission of all data for tax filings Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local corporate, payroll, and other applicable taxes and regulationsOversees all accounting functions including AR, AP, Payroll and GL.
