We’re a growing construction staffing agency looking for an experienced Sales Representative who knows the Phoenix construction market and already has relationships with General Contractors and licensed trades.

What You’ll Do
Build and grow relationships with General Contractors and construction firmsLeverage existing contacts within licensed trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.)Identify client labor needs and provide customized staffing solutionsPartner with our recruiting team to ensure timely, quality placementsManage accounts and drive repeat businessConsistently meet or exceed sales goalsWhat We’re Looking For
5+ years of construction-related sales experienceEstablished relationships with Phoenix-area GCs and/or licensed tradesStrong knowledge of construction staffing and workforce demandsExcellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skillsHighly motivated, organized, and results-drivenWhat We Offer
