What You'll Do:
Project Management:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunication construction management or a similar role.Strong knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure, including fiber optics, wireless networks, and cable systems.Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.In-depth understanding of construction safety regulations and quality control procedures.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Education:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.Military supervisory experience a plus.Work Environment:

To help us in our mission to professionalize and innovate telecom construction, ByVerTek is now seeking a Telecom Field Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily telecom field operations related to fiber optic construction to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations. This role provides field leadership to crews and subcontractors while supporting project execution from planning through closeout.

What You’ll Do:
Field Operations & Supervision
