Annual Salary: $95,000-$98,000 based on Experience

About the Role:
The BCBA Intern Program Specialist provides high-quality clinical oversight and supervision for ABA therapy programs while mentoring Interns, Residents, Fellows, and Case Coordinators. This hybrid role combines direct client case management, caregiver training, staff development, and structured supervision aligned with BACB standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans and conduct assessments.Provide caregiver training and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Supervise RBTs and oversee quality of service delivery.Deliver BACB-compliant supervision for trainees, including competency development and documentation.Maintain accurate records, meet billable hour requirements, and ensure compliance with BACB and BYS standards.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a relevant field; active BCBA certification (minimum 1 year).Previous experience supervising ABA Interns toward BCBA certification.Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain compliance standards.CPR/First Aid and Safety Care certification preferred (training available).
