    We are seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our culinary leadership team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and is passionate about food quality, team development, food safety, and operational excellence.

    Position Summary

    The Assistant Kitchen Manager supports daily back-of-house operations, kitchen staff supervision, food quality standards, inventory management, and team development. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, restaurant management experience, and a commitment to creating an exceptional guest dining experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    Kitchen Operations & Leadership

    Assistwith the daily management of kitchen operations in a high-volume restaurant environment.Lead, coach, train, and develop kitchen staff to ensure consistent performance and food quality.Delegate responsibilities effectively and provide ongoing support and accountability.Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

    Staff Scheduling & Training

    Food Safety & Quality Control

    Inventory & Cost Control

    Qualifications

    Required

    The Dishwasher is responsible for washing and cleaning tableware, pots, pans, cooking equipment. You are also responsible keeping the dishroom and equipment clean and organized.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Load, run and unload dish machine. Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.Keep dishroom clean and organized.
