Butler Snow LLP is looking for an experienced Administrative Paralegal to join our team in Nashville, TN.What you would do:Draft correspondence including pleadings, discover, motions, orders, and notices.Schedule and maintain case calendarsResearch complex issues using Westlaw or Lexis Nexis.Investigate legal matters including fact check, witness interviews and summarizationFile pleadings, motions, and other documents.Review and summarize depositions, medical records, and other documents.What you bring:3 to 5 years of paralegal experienceParalegal certificate or undergraduate degreeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMastery of Microsoft Office Suite including excel, word and power pointExperience capturing and recording billable timeHigh degree of detail and client focusAbility to work independently or collaboratively in a teamDrive and personal initiative
