    Sales Associate
    Are you looking for a fast-paced, fun, and exciting career? KidsUnited is the leading brand in early development through soccer. We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our energetic team! The ideal candidate is self motivated, organized, and personable with a drive for success and opportunity. You have previous sales experience, can demonstrate premium customer service abilities, are out-going, enthusiastic, and have ambition to grow with a developing brand.

    The Sales Associate is responsible for all 'front of house' duties as well as meeting and exceeding all key performance sales goals.

    Responsibilities and Duties:
    - Establishes and maintains an effective referral program
    - Maintains accurate records using established CRM systems
    - Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
    - Greets members and guests promptly and enthusiastically
    - Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions
    - Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
    -Selling and working Birthday Parties on Weekends


    Qualifications and Skills:
    - Excellent customer service skills
    - Previous sales experience, with strong sales and membership knowledge
    - Solid verbal and written communication skills required
    - Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment
    - Bilingual in Spanish preferred
    - High school diploma required
    - Ability to work and function in a KIDSUNITED TEAM environment
    - Flexible to work day, evening and weekend hours as needed
    - Excellent time management and organization skills
    - Experience working with children preferred

    Coach Position
    KIDSUNITED is a soccer center for early development. Our unique training method is intended to develop physical, personal, intellectual abilities and social skills of children from 1.5 to 9 years old. KIDSUNITED not only teaches children how to play soccer; it also acts as an early development system, using soccer as the main educational and delivery tool. As a KidsUnited coach, you will have an opportunity to make a positive impact on children during the most important stage of their development years. Not only will you help children develop, but through our ongoing training, you can reach your full coaching potential.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    Coach engaging classes for children ages 1.5-9 years oldFollow the Kidsunited structure and curriculumAssist in the ongoing design of KIDSUNITED training programSupport children’s growth by developing their body mastery, soccer coordination and life skills through our curriculumBuild positive relationships with both parents and children, creating a welcoming and encouraging environmentCommunicate with parents about their child's progress through daily parent feedbackKeep accurate records of progress reviewsEnsure that health and safety precautions are observed during all activitiesAttend ongoing trainings and team meetings to continue professional development and uphold program standards

    Qualifications and Skills:

    At least 6 months of coaching youth soccer Or 1 year of experience working with children, combined with a background in playing soccerSolid verbal and written communication skills requiredAbility to work and function in a KIDSUNITED TEAM environmentFlexible to work day, evening, and weekend hours as neededExcellent time management and organization skillsExperience working with children requiredSpanish Speaking Preferred 

    Required Training:

    The interview process will include an in-person coaches training from August 4-7, 2026 in Austin, Texas. After the training, one head coach (full time) and several assistant coaches (part time and full time) will be hired. Hourly pay will be provided for the coaches training.
