    About This Role:
    The Procurement Associate will be responsible for building short and long-term aftermarket strategy to support the Aftermarket RCD Business. The Procurement associate will establish a cross-functional network and fosters collaboration with suppliers, wider supply chain organization, engineering, quality, and product management in the aftermarket network.

    Job Description:

    Category Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy for Aftermarket parts, aligned with the organization's overall procurement and business objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, potential risks, and emerging trends within the Aftermarket HVAC industry.Supplier Management: Lead supplier identification, evaluation, selection, localization, and relationship activities. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers to ensure the highest quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery of parts, materials, components, and products.Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers. Manage pricing with regional vendors to protect the organization's interests while promoting mutually beneficial partnerships in a cross functional sourcing environment.Cost Optimization: Implement cost reduction initiatives and continuously monitor market dynamics to capitalize on cost-saving opportunities within the Aftermarket parts HVAC category without compromising quality.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Development, and Operations, to understand their requirements and ensure alignment between procurement and business objectives.Supplier Performance Management: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for suppliers, evaluate their performance regularly, and work collaboratively to address any performance issues.Team Leadership: Build and lead Aftermarket assigned vendors on a high-performing cross functional team of procurement professionals. Provide guidance, strategy, and influence others.


    Required Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree2+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Sourcing within large, international organizations, preferably in aftermarket or resales business3+ years of Advanced user knowledge in MS Excel & Word2+ years of experience in SAP and PowerBIAbility to travel in North America, up to 20% (international as needed)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Master's degree in supply chain, Business, or Engineering3+ years of experience in Sourcing /Supply Chain for Aftermarket.Demonstrated track record of driving significant cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier optimization, and contract negotiation.Strong analytical and market research skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities while mitigating supply chain risks.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.English communication (written and verbal)Presentation skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levelsCertified in Six Sigma or lean Manufacture is a plus

    Job Description:

    Seeking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical Engineer for a major Aerospace and Defense company. This contractor will support the design, development and manufacture of complex microwave electronics subsystems at our campus in Andover, Massachusetts. We incorporate the use of modern design tools in the relevant design disciplines of RF/microwave, analog/digital, and mechanical/thermal engineering. Also on premises are state-of-the-art electronics manufacturing facilities, and ESS test capabilities. This exciting role will offer the opportunity to work with our top industry leading multi-disciplined professionals.

    We offer an excellent working environment with a mix of cutting-edge design and genuine hands-on product development and test. The position involves complex technical problems that require solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious. The assignment includes design, analysis, research, development, and testing encompassing multiple engineering disciplines; as well as including the planning and advancement of new aerospace products and technologies.

    The ideal candidate for this position will perform electronics packaging designs, testing and verification of microwave electronics components and sub-systems. Experience manufacturing, troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electronic assemblies is also desirable.

    Applicants selected will be subject to government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

    REQUIRED Qualifications:
    * AA Degree with 10 years experience or more
    * Eligible for Interim Security Clearance
    * Experience in electronic packaging for military applications.
    *Experience with design and documentation of Circuit Card Assemblies, Printed Circuit Boards and Cabling.
    * Experience with CREO and Windchill
    * Knowledgeable of GD&T
    * Familiar with Change Board processes and documentation control

    Desired Qualifications:
    * BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering
    * Experience with electronics packaging for microwave electronics.
    * Experience with CREO, Windchill, Zuken.
    * Hands on experience with building and testing electronic assemblies.
    * Knowledge of GD&T is preferred.
    * Knowledge of materials and processes used in electronics is preferred.

    Job Description
    A Service Center Coordinator provides critical interaction with all levels of internal and external customers, both in person and remotely. Some of the main responsibilities will be related to ship/receive activities but also to share, and back up, the front office Service Center Coordinator:

    * Perform shipping/receiving of domestic/international equipment and associated logging of that equipment.
    * Utilize main application for Work Ticketing to create and update tickets for all types of tasking
    * Interfacing with shipping vendors as needed
    * Procurement activities for ordering parts and equipment
    * Inventory tracking via our Costpoint system
    * Work with HQ on yearly inventory audit
    * Coordinating with vendors for repairs and calibrations to test equipment
    * Assist manager in tracking tasks and ensuring all costs are documented for billing
    * Interfacing with shipping vendors as needed
    * Shipping and receiving tasks

    Other duties may include:
    * Process bills for payment
    * Greet customers
    * Answering telephones
    * Process and sorting mail
    * Prepare office correspondence, faxing, copying, filing documents, and occasional typing
    * Create and maintain project folders, both electronic and paper, as dictated in office policies
    * Utilize MS Office software (Excel & PowerPoint) to format reports, present data, and organize information

    Required Experience:
    * The ideal candidate will possess 3 or more years of administrative experience in a corporate environment.
    * Experience with MS Excel and MS Word
    * Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) and routinely interact with management, internal and external customers in a professional manner.
    * Must be able to work independently and to remain focused while multitasking. Demonstrate superior attention to detail and must be flexible to changing priorities.
    * Ability to research and resolve routine and non-routine problems. Experience working in a corporate environment.
