We are seeking a Monoblock Cutter and Assembler to join our team! This position cuts insulation to correct size and either installs on parts, or properly stacks in containers for shipment or storage.
This is a full-time, union-hourly position located in Lancaster, PA. Hours are Monday-Friday, 6 AM – 2:30 PM, Overtime and Saturdays as needed.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Uses powered hand truck to move material to processing area, or to place in storage area.Uses ban saw to cut to required sizes.Makes set ups on band saw by using stops or other devices that may be required to obtain desired configuration.Installs insulation or parts on pre-manufactured items by various methods, mainly by gluing or push pins.Prepares finished goods for shipment or storage. Each container must be marked with proper counts, sizes or other required information.Refers unusual problems to supervisor.Maintains and submits record of materials used.Do required quality checks.Use and understand measuring devices as required.Required to fill out work orders and job card correctly.Work station must be kept clean and organized.Performs other work as directed commensurate with this or lesser rated labor grades.Qualifications/Requirements:

We are seeking an Electro Mechanic to join our team! This position installs, maintains, and adjusts all electrical equipment in good repair. Ability to work from blueprints and wiring diagrams to locate and diagnosis trouble in the electrical equipment. They’re installing and repairing electrical equipment such as transformers, switchers controllers, circuit breakers, motors, conduit systems, etc. They specify materials as required to complete assigned work. Must be capable of producing parts from blueprints.Keeps buildings and structures in repairMakes repair parts as needed using machine tools such as: lathes, milling machines, and drill presses.
