    Personal Injury Attorney ? Litigation Focus
    Location: Tomball, TX
    Compensation: Starting at $110,000+ Base Salary + Uncapped Performance-Based Bonus Structure

    Essential Responsibilities

    Manage a docket of personal injury cases from pre-litigation through settlement or trial

    Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies

    Draft, review, and file legal documents including:

    Petitions

    Motions

    Discovery requests and responses

    Take and defend depositions

    Represent clients during:

    Mediations

    Hearings

    Trial proceedings, when necessary

    Negotiate directly with insurance carriers and defense counsel

    Maintain consistent, professional, and compassionate communication with clients

    Collaborate with legal support staff and team members to ensure efficient case progression

    Monitor deadlines and ensure timely case management

    Qualifications

    Juris Doctor (J.D.) required

    Active Texas Bar license required

    Minimum of 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred

    Experience handling:

    Depositions

    Case strategy development

    Settlement negotiations

    Strong legal writing and courtroom communication skills

    Excellent organizational and time management abilities

    Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    Client-focused with a strong advocate mentality
