    Key Responsibilities
    Administrative support
    - Oversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient, well-organized, and professional workplace
    - Manage front desk duties including phones, mail, and visitor support
    - Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and kitchen stock
    - Coordinate meetings, events, and conference room schedules
    - Assist with facilities coordination, vendor relationships, and service requests
    - Provide administrative support to leadership and staff as needed
    Accounts Receivable
    - Generate and send invoices in a timely and accurate manner
    - Record customer payments and reconcile accounts in accounting software
    - Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients regarding overdue payments
    - Work with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes
    - Prepare A/R reports for management review
    - Assist with month-end closing tasks related to receivables

    Qualifications
    - Previous administrative support and accounts receivable experience
    - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) QuickBooks would be a plus!
    - Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently

    Compensation & Benefits
    Salary: $45,000 ? $60,000, depending on experience
    401(k) with profit sharing (high potential to earn more based on earnings of company)

    Key Responsibilities:

    Don’t have commercial laundry repair experience? No problem.
    Bring your mechanical know-how and curiosity, and we’ll handle the training.

    We’re looking for a mechanically inclined technician to join the team at a single-site facility in West Houston. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with general mechanical or electrical maintenance experience who enjoys troubleshooting and working hands-on.
    Experience with laundry equipment is a big plus ? but not required if you have a strong technical foundation and a willingness to learn.

    Who We’re Looking For:
    -Recent experience doing general repair work on mechanical and electrical systems
    -Investigative, resourceful, and good at problem-solving
    -Listens well to equipment operators to understand issues
    -Not a know-it-all ? asks questions, stays teachable, and wants to grow
    -Safety-conscious, especially with lockout/tagout procedures
    -Reliable, collaborative, and able to work in hot, physically active environments

    What You’ll Do:
    -Assist in maintaining and repairing commercial washers, dryers, ironers, and steam-fed equipment
    -Work alongside a Senior Equipment Specialist for on-the-job training
    -Document machine issues and repairs
    -Keep equipment and work areas clean and safe
    -Build your skills and become a key part of the maintenance team

    A prominent organization in the energy sector is seeking a Compliance & Ethics Analyst to support the operation of its corporate Compliance and Ethics Program. This role will work closely with the Director of Compliance & Ethics and will focus on policy coordination, training and awareness, and compliance assurance/monitoring activities, while also contributing to other key initiatives across the program.

    Compliance & Ethics Analyst
    Location: Downtown Houston
    Schedule: Monday?Friday, 8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM
    On-Site Requirement: 100% on-site
    Contract Duration: Indefinite, with the goal to transition to hire
    Parking: Provided

    Key Responsibilities
    Policy Management

    Maintain corporate policies, standards, and procedures, including document control and tracking

    Provide technical writing support for policy, standard, and procedure creation

    Facilitate the review and approval process for policy-related documents

    Perform quality checks on documents prior to approval and publication

    Support IT enhancements to improve document workflow efficiency

    Contribute to the development, integration, and maintenance of compliance-related policies to ensure alignment with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements

    Training, Education & Awareness

    Assist in developing and delivering Code of Business Conduct and Ethics training materials

    Support training efforts for policies, standards, and procedures

    Monitor training implementation and completion rates

    Manage content updates for the Compliance & Ethics Storefront

    Assurance & Monitoring

    Support Travel & Expense monitoring to ensure compliance with policy; escalate potential violations

    Assist with compliance assurance activities to provide accurate reporting on program effectiveness

    Participate in compliance monitoring and risk indicator reviews

    Contribute to periodic assessments of program elements (awareness, reporting, monitoring, etc.)

    Support the distribution of risk assessment results and targeted mitigation initiatives

    Additional Duties

    Collaborate with peers and management to achieve Compliance & Ethics Program goals

    Participate in special projects as assigned

    Cross-train with other Compliance & Ethics teams to ensure coverage and continuity
    Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
    Understanding of corporate policies, standards, and procedures, and their role in compliance programs

    Strong oral and written communication skills

    High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

    Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail

    Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment with sensitive matters

    Capable of managing deadlines and responding to urgent requests under pressure
    Education & Experience
    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent corporate experience

    Minimum of 3 years in a corporate environment (compliance or ethics experience preferred)

    Technical writing experience preferred

    Exposure to compliance and ethics program activities a plus

    Project coordination experience preferred

    Key Responsibilities:Invoicing & Billing:Generate and issue all invoices for rental services.Review recurring billing schedules for accuracy and completeness.Disable recurring billing when rental units are returned from the field.Close out job tickets once finalized by the accounting department.Payroll Administration:Process payroll using Paycom, including onboarding new hires, terminations, benefits administration, and related payroll functions. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.Accounts Receivable & Payable:Post customer payments in QuickBooks and prepare deposits.Issue checks to vendors accurately and timely.Banking & Reconciliations
