    You will lead daily plant operations by ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with company policies and MSHA standards. You will guide and support a dedicated team, holding members accountable while fostering a culture of trust, recognition, and continuous improvement. You will oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and training to maintain smooth, efficient operations. You will monitor performance, address challenges, and drive process enhancements to achieve production goals. You will also manage reporting, maintenance coordination, and inventory control to ensure the plant runs safely, efficiently, and effectively.

    What you will be doing

    Ensure all plant team members comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations, including MSHA safety and quality standards. Promote and uphold a strong "safety-first" culture by identifying and reporting potential hazards. Hold team members accountable to performance standards and expectations; escalate personnel issues to the Area Manager as needed. Participate in the hiring and onboarding process, including interviewing, training, and mentoring new employees. Recognize and reward employees for individual and team achievements. Allocate resources effectively to meet daily priorities, ensure coverage of essential duties, coordinate cross-training, and provide backup support as needed. Conduct daily plant inspections to verify safe and efficient operations. Resolve minor operational issues and promptly escalate major concerns. Monitor plant performance and efficiency, identifying areas for continuous improvement. Complete and maintain accurate paperwork, logs, and production reports. Submit and track work orders, coordinate repairs, and verify completion. Receive, inspect, and manage plant materials and inventory. Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Demonstrates strong mechanical aptitude with solid math and computer skills. Skilled in operating heavy equipment, hand tools, and performing basic welding tasks. Excels at problem-solving and confidently prioritizing multiple issues. Builds trust and communicates clearly across all levels of the organization. Maintains safety and quality as top priorities in every task. Thrives in a team environment and inspires others to collaborate effectively. Willing and able to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends as needed. High school diploma or GED preferred. Bilingual preferred 3-5 years of relevant industry experience preferred.

    Location and other key details:

    This is a full-time permanent field-based position at our Ewing Pit, 7501 Hwy 85, Fort Lupton, CO 80621 Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR) Regular outdoor work with exposure to a range of weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow Occasional standing, walking, climbing, crawling, kneeling, bending, reaching, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, and pushing or pulling as needed Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety shoes, vests, and glasses, ear plugs, and hard hats, with additional PPE for special jobs as required This is a safety sensitive position, offers of employment are conditional on successful completion of fitness for duty assessments, including drug and alcohol screening and a criminal background check

    Salary Range: $28 and up with experience

    This role is responsible for safely operating a large-capacity water truck to support job site operations. Key duties include performing pre-trip inspections, transporting and distributing water across work areas, and handling equipment such as hoses and trailers. Additional responsibilities include assisting with general labor tasks and cross-training as needed.

    What you will be doing

    Pre-Trip inspection Safely operates a 2000K 4000K gallon water truck Maintain positive working relationships with all members of the crew Produce high quality work, safely and productively at all times Able to operate a tanker truck in a safe manner Performs all pre trip inspections of vehicle and equipment Properly lifts and maneuvers hoses on and off the tanker truck to load and unload water Hooks up and disconnects trailers as required Ability to drive through all weather, road and traffic conditions Cross train as needed Other duties as assigned

    What we would like from you

    Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Excellent attention to detail with proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work overtime on weekdays and weekends as required. High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Valid Class B CDL or equivalent license.

    This is a full-time permanent field-based position at our Jeffco Pit, 20855 Westgate Road, Golden, CO 80403 The hours of work will be Monday to Saturday, totaling 40 or more hours per week Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR) Must be willing and able to work in all weather conditions and challenging outdoor environments Travel to various job sites required as needed Regular exposure to loud noises, heavy machinery, moving equipment, oil, debris, solvents, smoke, gases, fumes, and aggregate materials Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety shoes, vests, and glasses, ear plugs, and hard hats, with additional PPE for special jobs as required This is a safety-sensitive position requiring successful completion of PSP, MVR, background check, pre-employment drug test, and DOT physical assessment prior to hire

    You will be responsible for safely operating a ready-mix truck while delivering time-sensitive concrete to various construction sites. You will play a key role in supporting a strong safety culture, from safe driving and traffic law compliance to basic truck maintenance and daily housekeeping.

    What you will be doing
