As our Facility Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our winery operating at its best. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, facilities, and grounds.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
- Conducting inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards are met.
- Assisting with special projects and seasonal tasks as needed.
- Collaborating with our team to maintain the charm and functionality of our winery.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking someone who is:
- Experienced: At least 1 year of experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
- Skilled: A solid understanding of tools, equipment, and general maintenance practices.
- Detail-Oriented: Able to identify and address issues efficiently.

What You’ll DoAs a Tasting Room Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with our Tasting Room Manager, Operations Key Holders, and Wine Club Coordinators.
- Promoting Lost Oak Winery’s events and Wine Club with enthusiasm.
- Providing exceptional guest service that aligns with our high standards.
- Preparing the tasting room to ensure it’s visually and operationally ready for business.
- Assisting guests with wine tastings, merchandise sales, event inquiries, and shipping wine.
- Conducting guided tastings to share the story and flavors of our wines.
- Processing transactions through our point-of-sale system and handling payments.
- Staying informed about Lost Oak wines, events, specials, and awards to share with guests.
- Occasionally working off-site events and traveling as needed.
Above all, your mission is to ensure every guest leaves with a positive impression of Lost Oak Winery!
What We’re Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 1 year of experience in hospitality, retail, sales, or a similar field.
- A guest-service mindset and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Flexibility, reliability, and a cooperative attitude.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask with attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to meet the demands of the job (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, etc.).
- Availability for part-time shifts, primarily on evenings and weekends (Wednesdays through Sundays).
- A willingness to work at least six days per month.
While wine knowledge is a plus, it’s not required—we’re happy to help you grow your expertise!
