Daily Responsibilities:
Manage restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation Monitor and control labor costs to maximize profitability Oversee front of house staff and ensure exceptional guest relations Manage food cost and inventory to optimize profitabilityRequired Skills:
Experience in restaurant management Strong understanding of food and beverage operations Excellent guest service and communication skills Ability to plan and execute banquet and catering operations Knowledge of menu planning and creative marketing strategiesNice to Have Skills:
Experience as a sommelier Knowledge of ToastTable reservation system Menu development expertise Previous experience in fine dining Minimum Salary: $75,000.00 Maximum Salary: $85,000.00 Health Insurance Paid Time OffCompany Information:
