Think Amenity Center on steroids This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Construction Estimating and Purchasing leader who understands both the technical side of buyouts and the artistry behind high-end development. The projects: Resort-style amenity centers, water features, family entertainment environments, hospitality-inspired interiors — typically in the $25M–$32M range. This role will oversee two estimators while guiding the design-to-bid-to-buyout process for the commercial entertainment component across multiple active developments. We are seeking someone who brings: • 10+ years in commercial or multifamily estimating and purchasing ( 5-7 yrs in Commercial or Multifamily Construction Estimating/ Purchasing is a must) • Strong experience in negotiations, contracts, and project buyouts • Exposure to highly specialized interior finishes and unique amenity construction • Leadership maturity and a collaborative mindset • A passion for delivering excellence at scale Experience and success managing a team / in this role (2 Estimators) currently and possibly could grow This is an in-house leadership position (not remote) The culture reflects the product.
