    We are hiring a dependable, hands-on Building Maintenance Technician to support multiple automotive dealership locations in the Austin area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, solving problems independently, and keeping facilities running safely and efficiently.

    You’ll be part of a growing dealership group where no two days are the same. If you take pride in your work and can manage maintenance tasks across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs — we want to talk to you.

    What You’ll Do

    Perform preventive maintenance on dealership buildings and systemsHandle general repairs across multiple dealership locationsAssist with basic HVAC troubleshooting and maintenanceComplete plumbing repairs and minor electrical workRespond to service requests in a timely, professional mannerTravel locally between dealership sites during the workdayUse hand tools, power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment safelyKeep facilities clean, safe, and fully operational

    Austin, Texas | Full-Time Permanent | Immediate Opening

    We are hiring an experienced Senior Commercial METAL STUD FRAMING Foreman for an active commercial project in the Austin area. This is a full-time, permanent position with long-term growth potential and the opportunity to move into a Superintendent role within 12 months for the right person.

    This is a working foreman position, so candidates must be comfortable leading crews, coordinating field production, and working with their own tools when not delegating, laying out work, or directing manpower.

    Compensation & Benefits

    Pay: $33–$35 per hour, depending on experience
    Schedule: Full-time, permanent
    Overtime: Available based on project needs

    Position Overview

    The Senior Commercial METAL STUDD - STEEL FRAMING Foreman will help lead field crews on commercial Metal Stud Framing projects including exterior and Cold Metal Framing projects while also performing hands-on work as needed. This person must be able to read plans, organize manpower, maintain production, communicate clearly with leadership, and make sure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule.

    The ideal candidate is a proven commercial FRAMING leader who can step onto a jobsite, understand the scope, direct crews, solve field issues, and keep work moving.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead commercial Interior light gauge metal framing as well as curtain wall framing ( exterior bypass) crews in the fieldWork hands-on with tools when not supervising or delegatingAssist with layout, framing, coordination, and productionRead and interpret plans, drawings, specifications, and project detailsCoordinate daily manpower, materials, tools, and jobsite needsCommunicate clearly with superintendents, project managers, general contractors, and other tradesHelp maintain project schedule, productivity, quality, and safetyIdentify field conflicts, material needs, delays, or change order issuesEnsure crews are following proper installation methods and jobsite safety requirementsMentor and guide crew members while maintaining professional jobsite standardsHelp document progress and communicate updates to company leadership

    Required Qualifications

    Must be bilingual in English and SpanishMust have strong commercial metal framing - light gauge & heavy steel frame experiencePrior experience as a commercial framing foreman, leadman, working foreman, or senior field leaderMust be able to work with your own tools when neededStrong knowledge of commercial metal framing, coordination, and interior build-out workAbility to lead crews, delegate tasks, and maintain productionAbility to read plans and understand commercial project requirementsStrong communication and leadership skillsMust be dependable, professional, and ready to start quicklyMust be seeking a full-time, long-term opportunity

    This person should be production-minded, dependable, organized, and capable of helping run a commercial drywall project without needing constant direction. We are looking for someone who wants a long-term home and has the ability to grow into a Superintendent position.

    We are seeking a Commercial Construction CAD Designer with 5+ years of experience producing construction drawings for commercial projects. If you have experience with MEP, electrical, low-voltage, fire alarm, or construction design, we'd like to speak with you.

    Fire alarm design experience is a plus, but strong commercial construction CAD experience is required.

    What You'll Do

    Create and revise detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD.Design and coordinate fire alarm system layouts for commercial projects.Read and interpret architectural, electrical, and MEP plans.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field personnel.Revise drawings from redlines and field changes.Assist with permitting and code compliance.Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

    Minimum Qualifications

    5+ years of AutoCAD drafting/design experience in commercial construction.Experience with ground-up commercial construction projects.Strong understanding of construction drawings and plan coordination.Experience in one or more of the following:Fire Alarm SystemsElectrical DesignMEP DesignLow Voltage SystemsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
