    Position : Responsible for preparing and maintaining the financial records of several companies (including property rents) by accurately recording the day to day financial transactions and reconciling the activity.

     

    Responsibilities:

    · A/P – Code and enter invoices. Issue checks. Reconcile statements to outstanding invoices.· A/R – Code and bill invoices to customers. Apply checks and ACH’s as received.· Assist with Intercompany billings· Assist with day to day activities with Mobile homes, RV’s and apartment complexes.· Bank Reconciliations· Maintain Excel spreadsheets to track rents.· Maintain filing of records both hard copies and online.Other duties as assigned

    Education/Experience:

    · Accounting degree or relevant work experiences with preference for property management.· General knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures.· Knowledge of data management and financial data analysis· Experience with Quickbooks software and Excel Spreadsheets· Experience as a bookkeeper and ability to work with minimal supervision.  Maintain confidentiality of records

    We are seeking a dependable, safety-conscious Commercial Yard Driver to join our growing commercial concrete construction team in Austin, Texas. This role goes beyond standard driving; you will collaborate closely with various jobsites across the Austin Metro area to deliver vital materials and equipment.     Key Responsibilities

    Material Delivery: Transport concrete construction materials and equipment safely to various jobsites throughout the Austin Metro area.Vehicle Operation: Operate a 2025 Ford F450 flatbed truck paired with a 30-foot gooseneck trailer.Load Security: Strap, chain, and secure diverse loads to ensure safe transport according to DOT regulations.Trailer Management: Safely connect, disconnect, and maneuver gooseneck trailers in tight jobsite environments.Yard Collaboration: Organize materials in the yard and coordinate with site supervisors to meet daily delivery schedules.Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain equipment safety and cleanliness.


    Qualifications

    Experience: Proven experience towing, connecting, and backing up large trailers (gooseneck experience highly preferred).Load Securing: Demonstrated knowledge of proper load distribution and tie-down techniques for construction cargo.Driver Awareness: Immaculate driving record with a strong commitment to defensive driving and situational awareness.Attributes: High dependability, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to collaborate with diverse field teams.Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving history (CDL is a plus, but not initially required).
