    Position Summary:
    BLT Management is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Fund Accountant to join our finance team. This role will focus on supporting the accounting, reporting, and operations of our private equity real estate funds. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, with a strong foundation in fund accounting and a desire to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities of the Fund Accountant: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for private equity real estate funds and related entities Record journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and ensure accuracy of transactions Manage capital activity including capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations Assist in the preparation and review of investor reporting, including capital account statements and financial packages Maintain books and records in accordance with US GAAP and internal policies Liaise with auditors, and tax professionals during audits and tax reporting cycles Assist with compliance and regulatory filings related to fund entities Qualifications of the Fund Accountant: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA preferred 3-5 years of fund accounting experience Proficiency in Excel and general ledger systems Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Compensation & Benefits of the Fund Accountant:

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Outdoor Maintenance Technician to join our team at Building and Land Technology, "BLT". As an Outdoor Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our waterfront properties. Your primary responsibilities will include inspecting, maintaining, and repairing various equipment and structures associated with docks and marinas.

    This is a permanent, full-time position. During the off season you may assist with tasks indoors.

    Key Responsibilities of the Outdoor Maintenance Technician: Dock Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of docks and associated structures to identify and address any issues such as rot, corrosion, or damage. Repair and Replacement: Perform repairs and replacements of dock components including boards, pilings, cleats, and ladders as needed to maintain structural integrity. Marina Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair marina equipment such as power washers, pump out, and bubblers, hoists and gangways to ensure safe and efficient operation. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, including proper installation and maintenance of safety equipment such as railings, lighting, and signage. Seasonal Preparations: Prepare docks and marina facilities for seasonal changes, including winterizing equipment and structures as well as springtime inspections and maintenance. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs, including inventory management of supplies and materials. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members, including marina staff, dockhands, and/or vendors as needed to complete maintenance projects efficiently and effectively.
    Qualifications of the Outdoor Maintenance Technician: 2+ years of experience in outdoor maintenance, dock or marina maintenance, or construction Light trade skills experience including Carpentry, Electrical and Plumbing Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physical stamina to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Valid driver's license Ability to swim Weekend availability is required.
