Responsibilities for the Account Manager:
Maintain an excellent relationship with our customersQuick to respond to questions, issues and and resolve problemsDeescalate any issues or situations with customers that result in mutual satisfaction for both the company and the customerConduct welcome and on-boarding callsRecommends up-sell opportunities based on business and customer needsContact current customers to explain new product features Perform in a manner that will prevent errors and omissionsMaintain computer files and follow-up actionProvide support and assistance to department supervisor as needed
