Responsibilities include:
Office Administration
Answer phones and assist customersRespond to emails and customer inquiriesMaintain organized digital and physical filesAssist with office organization and daily operationsEnter and verify information within our CRMSupport managers with administrative projectsScheduling & Coordination
Schedule sales consultationsCoordinate installation appointmentsReschedule appointments as neededCommunicate with customers regarding timing and updatesCoordinate between designers, installers, and office staffWarehouse & Inventory
Receive and organize incoming product shipmentsVerify orders and inspect deliveriesMaintain an organized warehouseTrack inventory and accessoriesPrepare products for upcoming installationsAssist with returns and warranty itemsMarketing & Social Media
Help create and schedule social media postsPhotograph completed projectsCoordinate customer reviews and testimonialsAssist with local marketing initiativesKeep online business profiles updatedGeneral Operations
