Salary $20 - $22 USD per hour Required Skills - Must be 21 years of age or older. - High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience). - Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks for full shift without loss of accuracy. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to product safety and consistency. - Comfortable working with small parts and delicate components; good manual dexterity. - Basic math and data-entry skills for weights, counts, and production logs. - Ability to read and follow written SOPs, work instructions, and quality checklists. - Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to work onsite for assigned shifts (may include extended hours during production peaks). - Ability to frequently lift and move up to 30 lbs and occasionally heavier items with assistance. - Willingness to pass required pre-employment screenings (background check, drug screen, and any state-required badges/clearances). Desired Skills - Prior experience with vape filling, cartridge assembly, or similar small-part manufacturing. - Experience working in a regulated cannabis manufacturing environment. - Familiarity with cGMP, HACCP principles, or formal food/medical device safety systems. - Comfortable operating semi-automatic filling lines, torque tools, or basic maintenance troubleshooting. - Experience with inventory systems / seed-to-sale tracking platforms and basic Excel skills. - Strong communication skills and a collaborative, safety-first mindset that aligns with Bud it requires the integrity to handle difficult conversations and the commitment to growthof our business, our individual skills, and our peopleto consistently deliver our best work for every customer.
