    Bubble Down Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager in Training (SMIT) to join our leadership development program and grow into a full Site Manager role within our expanding organization.


    In this role, you'll work directly alongside experienced leaders to learn how to operate and lead a high-volume express car wash.


    You'll gain hands-on experience in team leadership, daily operations, membership sales, and performance management while developing the skills needed to run your own location.

    What You'll Do

    Learn to Lead & Develop a High-Performance Team

    Learn to Run a High-Performing Operation

    Assist with daily site operations including safety, wash quality, and equipment readinessSupport execution of site cleanliness, customer experience, and operational standardsIdentify operational issues and escalate or assist in resolving themAssist with inventory management, vendor coordination, and site maintenance

    Learn the Business Side

    What We're Looking For

    1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience required Experience working in fast-paced environments such as retail, service, hospitality, or similar industries Experience supervising entry-level or hourly employeesDemonstrated ability to motivate teams and contribute to a positive, low-turnover work environmentStrong work ethics and willingness to learn operational leadership Professional communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsComfortable working outdoors and participating in daily operations

    What You’ll Do

    Assist the Site Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient site performanceLead by example in customer service — guide customers through the wash, resolve issues, and build loyaltyCoach team members on delivering great customer interactions and converting them into membership salesTrain, coach, and develop staff to uphold Bubble Down’s high standardsEnsure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both customers and staffMonitor equipment and coordinate maintenance as neededStay actively engaged on-site — this is a hands-on leadership roleRequirements:

    2–3 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred)Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a high-performing teamPassion for customer service and sales, with proven experience in upselling or membership growthAdaptability to outdoor work environments and varying weather conditionsBasic computer proficiency (POS systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs+ as neededMust pass a background check

    Preferred Qualifications

    Prior management experience in a service or retail environmentExperience with POS systems and troubleshooting
