We are seeking a motivated and organized Bilingual Onsite Supervisor to oversee daily onsite workforce operations and serve as the primary point of contact between our company, employees, and client. This position is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, coordinating staffing needs, supervising temporary employees, and maintaining compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives to ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction.Recruit, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for temporary employment opportunities.Coordinate employee placements and ensure timely fulfillment of client staffing requests.Manage job orders and monitor staffing levels to meet operational needs.Maintain accurate employee records and update information in internal systems.Conduct new hire orientations, process onboarding paperwork, coordinate drug screenings, background checks, and reference checks.Supervise onsite employees by providing coaching, performance feedback, and corrective action when necessary.Manage assignment completions, employee separations, and documentation in accordance with company policies.Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, reporting, and recordkeeping.Ensure compliance with company policies, client procedures, and workplace safety standards.Respond promptly to employee and client concerns while maintaining a professional and positive work environment.
Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities
Safely operate a clamp forklift to load, unload, transport, and stack materials throughout the warehouse.Perform general warehouse duties, including palletizing, sorting, labeling, wrapping, and organizing inventory.Load and unload trailers while handling products carefully to prevent damage.Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and complete transactions.Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies or shortages.Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and report any mechanical or safety concerns.Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.Follow all company policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse safety procedures.Work as part of a team to meet daily production and shipping goals.Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management.Qualifications
