We are currently seeking a Site Superintendent with EXPERIENCE. This is a full time local position.
The Site Superintendent's responsibilities include the following:
Directing all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship in compliance with plans and specifications.Controlling job site expenditures for labor, equipment, material, services and ensures field operations are within budgetMaintaining respectful and productive relationships with the client and their representatives.Identifying legitimate change order situations and coordinating with estimating department in the development of the change order proposal.Ensuring all company employees, subcontractors and suppliers adhere to B.R.W., Client and OSHA safety standards and policiesCoordinating to assure that all inspection procedures and building code requirements are metCommunicating with the General Superintendent/Operations Manager to discuss job progress and resource requirementsDESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Ability to operate heavy equipment, if necessaryField construction experience in construction methods, safety, and scheduling self-perform labor forces10+ years of progressive construction experience with 5+ years as a superintendentDemonstrated skills in the use of computer software including MS Office and ProjectCapable of managing multiple projects between $0.5M - $5M simultaneouslyWillingness to work on job site as a working superintendentDisplays tactful, mature and professional demeanor with well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work with diverse personnel.Physical demands require the ability to endure occasional physical activity, work long days and handle outdoor elements including a variety of weather conditions.Knowledge of underground utilities is a bonus.Pay is negotiable depending on experience

We are seeking a team member with a firm grasp on estimating projects in the realm of clearing, earth work, wet utilities, concrete and asphalt paving. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quality, accuracy and influencing decision on which projects to pursue. Equally important, this candidate will be familiar with construction management and project sequencing to determine project budgets and risks.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or construction management or relevant site work experience.
· Strong experience in B2W Estimate, Agtek and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards of civil construction.
· Amiable Personality with ability to craft constructive contract language to mentor and guide future generations.
· 5 Years documented estimating heavy civil self performance work.

Previous experience operating asphalt milling equipment is required.Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Reliable transportation and good attendance.Ability to work overtime when necessary.Some Saturdays are required. Saturday work is mandatory when scheduled.Responsibilities
Operate milling machines and related heavy equipment safely and efficiently.Maintain proper milling speed, depth, and alignment according to project specifications.Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete projects safely and on schedule.Follow all company policies and OSHA safety regulations.Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.Benefits

Job Description:
Direct and safely control vehicular and pedestrian traffic through work zones using proper flagging procedures and communication methods.Set up and maintain channelizing devices, and other traffic control equipment according to Federal, State, and/or Local temporary traffic control guidelines and temporary traffic control plans for complex work zones to ensure the safe movement of vehicular and pedestrian traffic through project locations and work zones.Communicate effectively with customers and the public while always maintaining a professional approach to meeting customers’ expectations.Check work zone throughout shift to be sure items are still in their proper location.Must be able to identify potential Hazards and assist in maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.Follow all company safety procedures and practices and notify their supervisor of any potential safety issues or incidents.Maintain FDOT Flagger certification.Maintain all MOT equipment i.e., arrow boards, slow/stop paddles, 2-way radios and channeling devices.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Current FDOT Flagger Certification required; willingness and ability to obtain FDOT Intermediate Temporary Traffic Control Certification in the future.3 to 5 years of construction MOT experience.Valid Driver’s License with a clean MVR.Must have open availability.Must be capable of standing 8-12 hours and lifting 50lbs repetitively using proper lifting techniques.Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.Must be able to follow safe work practices and company safety guidelines; Must be responsible.Competent in working around a high volume, fast-moving traffic.*EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER*

Responsibilities of concrete Finisher:
Assist the Foreman in all aspects of each job.Pour, level and smooth concrete for surfaces such as curbs, sidewalks, pads, etc.Cut expansion joints and align forms to ensure correct depth and pitch.Prepare and clean surfaces prior to concrete application.Operate both handheld and power tools effectively.Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

We are currently seeking an experienced Survey Party Chief to join our team.
The survey candidate must be proficient in field data processing and mapping, performing all aspects of survey work including construction layout, as-builts, and topographic surveys. Experience with TopCon and Trimble Machine Control or similar is a plus. A working knowledge of AutoCAD and Carlson is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Survey Party Chief:
Field Layout from Control provided by Owner.Assist PM and Superintendent with plan and specification interpretations.Recognize changed conditions resulting from field and/or design changes.Maintain project schedule, record drawings, and collect field data for as-built drawings through project close-out requirements.The Survey Party Chief is REQUIRED to have computer literacy, surveying, robotics total station, data collectors, RTK GPS, and GPS machine control skills. Must also have a clean MVR-Company truck is provided after training period.
