Required Qualifications: * Excel in all areas of tool and die making * Attention to detail, especially when performing final fitment and inspections * Great communication and interpersonal skills with a proven record of effectively participating in a cross-functional team * Willingness to "push the envelope" and try new processes, systems, or approaches * Ability to make independent judgments and support those decisions with data and sound logic * Ability to work effectively with moderate supervision * Exceptional leadership qualities, including the willingness to train, instruct, and guide the work of apprentices * State-certified Journeyworker Toolmaker or Tool and Diemaker Preferred Qualifications: * A growth mindset, always looking for ways to improve * Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint * Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma * Working knowledge of Power Mill, Feature CAM and conversational G-code programming * Design and programming expertise including 5-axis milling * Tool design and manufacturing experience in the following areas will be strongly considered: die cast, investment cast wax molding, injection molding, permanent mold, lost foam, trim dies, and jigs use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk and sit. * The employee must frequently lift and carry 50 lbs. up to 10 feet and occasionally lift and carry up to 75 pounds several feet. Objects are at waist height. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. * While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration. The noise levels on the manufacturing floor are moderate to loud. * The following personal protective equipment (PPE) is required to be always worn when performing in this role while on the manufacturing floor: safety shoes, safety glasses and hearing protection. The anticipated pay range for this position is $34.54 to $41.02, hourly. SUMMARY Electrical Assembler II to perform a wide variety of tasks in a large yacht manufacturing facility. Electrical Assembler II tasks performed may include advanced electrical work on the line, panel wiring and troubleshooting. JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Performs the advanced electrical work on the line like motor wiring, dash wiring, etc. * MDP panel wiring and troubleshooting that is typically performed at the front of the line in the last assembly phase for large boats. Position Overview: As part of the talented Freedom Boat Club team, you will be working by the water, with our large variety fleet of boats, as a customer-focused team member!
